Import Wizard — Smarter Stop & Hub Matching
What's new
- Map view when matching stops — when the wizard finds a potential location conflict, you can now view a comparison map to confirm or dismiss the match before continuing.
- Automatic detection of shared-address hubs (3PL) — if multiple stops in your CSV share the same address, the wizard now recognises this as a shared hub and presents a grouped card, saving you from creating duplicate locations.
- Hub details pre-filled from your CSV — when the wizard prompts you to add a new hub, the name, address, and coordinates from your file are already filled in so you can confirm in one click.
- Automatic vehicle registration lookup — registration numbers in the vehicles step are now looked up automatically, reducing the need to manually match vehicles.
- Redesigned terminals step — the hub/terminal matching screen has been refreshed with a cleaner layout and better alignment with the rest of the wizard.
- Improved layout and readability — the match-stops table and add-route panel have been resized for better use of screen space, and long names no longer overflow their containers.
- More reliable hub search — fixed an issue where the hub search in the transport views could return incomplete results depending on active filters.
What's coming next
- Support for importing multiple routes at once via a single file upload.
- Saving transporter-name-to-account mappings during import so repeat imports require even less manual work.
