Welcome to Aimabel (the “Platform”), operated by Aimabel AB (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Aimabel located at app.aimabel.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the Platform.
  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Subscription Plans and Free Trial

  • Subscription Services: We offer various subscription plans that provide access to premium features.
  • Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period, as specified on the Platform.
  • Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Platform is entirely voluntary. We are free to use such feedback without any obligation to you.

All content on the Platform, excluding User Content, is the property of The Climate Action Agency Sweden AB and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
