Invitation flow, member access improvements, and route editor fixes

What's new

  • Team invitations — New members can now follow an invitation link, create an account or sign in, and join their team in one smooth flow. The invite page no longer shows a blank screen for first-time users.
  • Member permissions — Team members (non-owners) can now open Settings and the Users page. Members can also edit and deactivate hubs directly, without needing owner access.
  • Route editing is reliable — Editing an existing route now correctly keeps its operating days, stop types, scheduled times, and vehicle assignments. Previously these could be silently lost on save.
  • Vehicle type is saved on a route — Choosing a vehicle type for a route now sticks. A silent database error was preventing it from being stored.
  • Hyphenated registrations work everywhere — Licence plates written with a hyphen (e.g. AB-1234) are now found correctly in the vehicle picker and search, and when added by registration number during import.
  • CSV import handles quoted fields — The route import wizard now reads quoted values in CSV files correctly.
  • Clearer save errors on routes — If two consecutive stops share the same hub, the Save button now explains why it's disabled rather than leaving you guessing.
  • Stops with no street address are no longer silently dropped — During import, stops missing a street are passed through address matching instead of being quietly omitted from the result.
  • The map stays visible after hub interactions — Clicking a hub on the Transports map no longer causes the map to go blank.
  • Adding a route from a hub pre-fills the first stop — Opening "Add route" from a hub now starts the wizard with that hub already set as the first stop.
  • Vehicles imported via the wizard belong to your team — Vehicles added during route import are now correctly assigned to your team's fleet.
  • Signing out only ends your current session — Logging out no longer signs you out of other browsers or devices.
  • New members start on Transports — After joining, new team members are taken straight to the Transports view.

What's coming next

  • Operator members seeing their suppliers' fleet, vehicle types, and routes through the supplier relationship
  • Fixes for the Routes page when viewed by a team member (currently shows unfiltered results)
  • Improvements to the invitation resend flow
