Customer account matching, legal entity status, and performance improvements

What's new

  • Batch account creation from order names: On the Customers → Unmatched page, staff can now create up to 25 customer accounts at a time from names that exactly match an official company register. A confirmation list shows the matches (with a flag if a company is in liquidation), one action creates them all, and a summary notification confirms the result.
  • Legal entity status badge: Company profiles and the Customers list now show a quiet status badge — active companies are unlabelled, while companies in liquidation, bankruptcy, or not found in the register get a clearly visible indicator. The Customers list includes a new Legal entity column, a status filter, and a "Not active" count in the summary strip.
  • Live company data from Bolagsverket: When looking up a company by organisation number, the platform now fetches live status, address, and industry classification directly from the Swedish company register (Bolagsverket), falling back to the local register copy when the API is unavailable.
  • Route import preserves existing vehicles: Re-importing a route file no longer clears vehicles that were already saved on a route — existing assignments are kept, and the wizard skips the vehicle prompt for those routes.
  • Faster Customers – Unmatched page: The page now loads a manageable first batch of cards instead of rendering the entire list at once, making it noticeably faster to open and scroll, especially for large customer sets. All review list pages follow the same pattern.
  • Security hardening: Removed a legacy background job that was automatically creating customer accounts from order names and linking them to all transporters using a hard-coded login. Account creation is now always an explicit staff action.

What's coming next

  • A full last-mile route engine is in progress — it will let the platform ingest, version, and serve carrier route data (routes, variants, depot assignments, address coverage) for Early Bird and other carriers.
  • A mobile-first responsive pass is planned to make every page work comfortably from small screens (375 px) upward.
