Company register matching, customer activity timeline, and admin page improvements

What's new

Link accounts to official Swedish company records

  • Staff can now open Admin → Accounts → Unmatched to review which customer accounts haven't been matched to a registered legal entity. Each candidate shows the registered name, address, and a match score; actions include Confirm, Change match, Search the register, mark as Not a Company, mark as Foreign, and Undo.
  • A new Org nr field appears on the admin account page, the Edit customer panel, and the Add customer panel. Typing an organisation number or a company name shows matching results from the register instantly — selecting one links the account to the verified entity and can pre-fill the customer name.
  • Admin → Imports → Companies is a new page showing the status of the Bolagsverket and SCB register files: file date, number of rows, and full import history for each source.

Customer activity timeline

  • The customer detail panel now includes an activity timeline built from real events: when the account was created, invitations sent, audited changes, and mapped order names. Names in the timeline are visible to staff and platform Admins.

Customers list and detail improvements

  • Customer hubs now show their route connection with → arrows between hubs in the routes list.
  • The Unrouted review page lists customer hubs that aren't connected to any route, with a route picker and suggestions directly in the panel.
  • The Edit and Add customer panels now follow role-based field access — each role sees exactly the fields it's allowed to change.

Account relations

  • The account page now shows relations between accounts (supplier, customer, parent/child) in plain language, with an Undo action and warnings for duplicates or reversed relationships.

Consistent page navigation

  • Every admin page now has a unified header with breadcrumb links and an info (i) button for quick context — no more hand-built one-offs.

What's coming next

  • Support for foreign customers (~25 accounts) against Nordic and EU company registers (Norway, Denmark, Finland).
  • An audit log viewer for staff: filter account changes by account, person, or action type.
