Routes, Vehicles & Hub Management — Sep 4–11 2026
What's new
Routes
- The Add Route form has been redesigned to match the latest prototype — cleaner layout, better flow.
- The routes list now shows a status column and status filter, so you can quickly find active, inactive, or draft routes.
- Hover over a vehicle registration number in the list to see a quick-info card without leaving the page.
- New optional columns are available in the routes list: valid-from/to dates, empty running, load factor, and description — toggle them on as needed.
- Create a new account inline while adding a route — no need to leave the form to set up an owner or transporter.
- Create a new hub inline while adding a route, complete with address autocomplete powered by Mapbox.
Vehicles
- The bulk-add vehicle wizard now lets you set a default owner/transporter for all vehicles at once, or override it per row — plus vehicle detail cards give you a clear preview before saving.
- The Add Vehicle dialog has been refreshed with a consistent look and feel.
- Swedish vehicle lookup errors are now caught and surfaced clearly rather than failing silently.
- Create a new transport account directly from the Add Vehicle panel, with the new account automatically selected when you're done.
Hubs & Accounts
- All owner and transporter fields across the platform have been upgraded to a searchable combobox — just start typing to find an account.
- You can now create a new account on the spot from any owner or transporter field, including the hub creation form.
- The hub form now warns you if a hub with the same name already exists, and includes a hub-type field.
- The account combobox dropdown is now properly sized in side-by-side layouts.
Map
- Fixed a visual flash that appeared when switching between stop hubs on the transport map.
What's coming next
- Retire/Archive route flow — ability to sunset a route from the UI.
- Account relationships management — link transporters and customers, and filter route forms based on those relationships.
