Customers, Routes & Hubs — Big Update
What's new
Customers
- The Customers page has been redesigned with a stats bar at the top, multiple view modes, and a detail panel that slides open when you select a customer — making it much easier to get a full picture at a glance.
- Customer locations now show linked accounts alongside any orders that don't yet have a matching location, so gaps are immediately visible.
- Customer accounts are created automatically during import, and an uninvited-customer badge in the sidebar keeps you on top of who still needs to be onboarded.
- You can now send invitations to customers directly from the Customers page — no need to jump elsewhere.
Hubs
- The Hubs list now loads reliably across all environments and is noticeably faster.
- The hub owner is now shown as a dedicated column in the Hubs list.
- Hubs with missing map coordinates are highlighted with an amber warning so you can spot and fix them before they cause routing issues.
- District-level hubs (T3/T4) are now created automatically from the weekly address import, reducing manual setup.
Address Import
- The address import job now runs until it fully completes instead of stopping partway through, and a new health monitoring view lets you see the status of each import at a glance.
Routes
- When creating a new route, a live map preview now shows the route taking shape as you add stops.
- The Add Route form has been refreshed: cleaner stop cards, a proper time picker, and an empty-running toggle.
- The Routes list has been cleaned up and distance calculations have been improved.
What's coming next
- Flagging orders that don't match any known customer location, to help keep delivery data clean.
